Peony Celeste Volunteer Agreement

This Volunteer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on ___________ between Peony Celeste (“Company”) and ________________________ (“Volunteer”).

Purpose

The Volunteer desires to contribute their time and efforts to support Peony Celeste. The purpose of this volunteer role is to help the Company with selling, promoting, and educating customers about our current products (including our heavy-duty poop bags and related pet waste solutions), gaining followers on social media, and encouraging attendees to post and tag Peony Celeste during events and activities.

Volunteer Responsibilities

•  Actively promote and demonstrate Peony Celeste products to customers and the public.

•  Educate people about the benefits and features of our products.

•  Assist with sales and event activities as directed.

•  Create and share positive content on social media (Instagram, etc.) featuring Peony Celeste products, events, and experiences.

•  Encourage others to post, tag @peonyceleste (or the official handle), and follow our accounts.

•  Represent Peony Celeste in a positive, professional, and enthusiastic manner at all times.

Code of Conduct

•  Volunteers must focus exclusively on Peony Celeste during their volunteer hours and activities.

•  Volunteers agree not to promote, advertise, or discuss any of their own personal businesses, products, services, or brands while volunteering, including during event hours, while wearing Company-branded items, or when interacting with the public in their volunteer capacity.

•  All social media activity related to volunteering must align with Peony Celeste’s messaging and branding. Personal promotions are strictly prohibited during volunteer time.

Voluntary Service

This is a volunteer position. The Volunteer is not an employee and will not receive monetary compensation, benefits, or employment rights. The Volunteer may stop volunteering at any time, and Peony Celeste may end the volunteer relationship at any time.

Confidentiality & Representation

The Volunteer agrees to keep any non-public information about the Company confidential and to represent Peony Celeste positively and accurately.

Social Media & Content

Any photos, videos, or content created during volunteer activities may be used by Peony Celeste for marketing purposes. Volunteers are encouraged to tag and share approved content.

Agreement

By signing below, the Volunteer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement, including the commitment to focus solely on promoting Peony Celeste and to refrain from promoting any personal business during volunteer hours.
