The Joy That Found Me
Jordan is the kind of dog who makes strangers smile on sidewalks and turns ordinary walks into little celebrations. His mom, Michele, shares how this outgoing pup came into her life, the joy he brings every day, and why quality and heart matter when choosing the things he uses.
How did Jordan come into your life, and what was that first moment like when you knew he was yours?
Jordan came into my life unexpectedly through a friend’s family that had discovered a litter of puppies with their mom. I went to visit the litter, and Jordan was the very first pup to run out to me with so much joy—like he knew in that exact moment that we were meant for each other. It’s been one of the best decisions of my life.
What do you love most about Jordan’s personality, and how has he changed your day-to-day life?
My favorite thing about Jordan’s personality is that he’s so outgoing—such a social butterfly. He always puts a smile on other humans’ and pups’ faces. He brings people and dogs together every day. He’s changed my day-to-day life so much and has helped me in so many ways that I didn’t realize I needed.
What’s one thing about being Jordan’s mom that still surprises you or makes you smile every time?
What still surprises me is how much joy he brings to me and to others every single day. We can walk somewhere and someone will smile just looking at him—and he’ll go right up to them and greet them with so much excitement and kisses. Being his mom teaches me how to love others.
When you’re choosing products for Jordan, what does “quality” actually mean to you in everyday use?
I always look for the best quality products—food, treats, poop bags, bedding. Quality means things that are made with care and that I feel good using for him every day.
Why does supporting small, local businesses matter to you when it comes to the things you buy for Jordan?
Supporting a small business is very important to us because they put so much hard work and extra love into their products.

When I photograph your dog, I do my best to capture more than just how they look. I hope to preserve their personality, their spirit, and the little expressions that make them uniquely yours.
I truly believe these portraits are one of the most meaningful gifts I can give to our ambassadors. It’s my way of celebrating the bond you share and thanking you for being part of this community.
